Sorry, but as a busy piano technician, you can only contact me at the store between noon and 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday. Yes, there is someone here generally between 10 am to 7 pm, but they can't answer technical questions. As much as I would love to talk to anyone to help them with their piano - my time is limited!
